Hearing Rehabilitation And Consultation
Our Hearing Rehabilitation Consultation is a focused, professional session to help you communicate with confidence. We clarify your goals, review results, and create a tailored plan—optimised device settings, assistive listening options, tinnitus support (if needed), and practical communication strategies. You’ll learn techniques for hearing in noise, reducing fatigue, and getting the most from your technology. You leave with a clear action plan and follow-ups to fine-tune progress—so conversations feel easier, focus improves, and listening takes less effort.

Ear Wax Management
Our ear-wax removal uses a gentle microsuction machine, which safely clears wax and debris under direct vision without water syringing. Because it’s a dry, precise technique, most people find it comfortable—often just a mild tickle or suction sound—with immediate relief from blockage, fullness, or reduced hearing.
Microsuction is suitable for hearing-aid users, and is performed by a qualified audiologist who explains each step as we go.

Tinnitus Evaluation & Management
Ringing, buzzing, hissing? You’re not alone—and you’re not stuck with it. Our tinnitus service focuses on understanding your symptoms and building a practical plan to reduce their impact on daily life.We will do a comprehensive evaluation of your tinnitus, which may include: Pure-tone audiometry – measures your hearing thresholds. Pitch and loudness matching – helps characterise the sound you hear. Tinnitus Questionnaire – an evidence-based survey about how tinnitus affects sleep, concentration, mood and daily tasks.With your consent, we’ll share a clear report with your GP or referring doctor outlining findings and next steps as part of our tinnitus assessment protocol.
Hearing Device Funding Application
If you’re eligible for a government or insurer program, we’ll guide you through the application and paperwork so you can access a fully funded or subsidised hearing device with minimal out-of-pocket cost. We’ll match you to suitable technology, fit and verify it in clinic, and provide aftercare (cleaning, tuning, troubleshooting) plus reports to your GP or case manager. Our goal is simple: the right device, no financial surprises, and ongoing support that keeps your hearing performing in real life. (Eligibility criteria apply.)
Work Compensation
We provide end-to-end support for eligible workers’ compensation cases, including a comprehensive medico-legal style report prepared for Turner Freeman Lawyers, with clear test results and recommendations. Your assessment includes otoscopy, tympanometry, pure-tone and speech testing. If approved, we will proceed with hearing aid fitting and ongoing care. We also manage follow-up documentation, device maintenance, and yearly reviews to ensure stable outcomes and timely updates for your legal team.
